Some celebrate with fireworks, some with cheese?

Sculptor Troy Landwehr decided to show his patriotism this 4th of July by spending 8 hours carving his depiction of the signing of the Declaration of Independence out of...Cheddar Cheese. The Sculpture was and may still be on display in Times Square. How inspirational.
