Some more tilt-shift, this one is great

Bathtub IV from Keith Loutit on Vimeo.
Here is another tilt-shift video. This one may be the best one yet. Tilt shift is awesome, funny, and dare I say cute? Nope, I don't dare. Anyhow, watch this...it's pretty entertaining

Shameless Self Promotion: New Flickr

I made a new Flickr account. I should actually be able to keep this one updated with some interesting things and projects I have going on.

Peep it here: Burnham.Dixon Flickr

I've posted about this guy's work before, but this photo looks like a scene from Star Wars or something

Edward Burtynsky takes photographs displaying the impact of Man on Earth. This one is of a nickel mine in Australia and it is G-N-A-R-L-Y gnarly.

Thanks Notcot

VROOM VROOM! crunch crunch crunch

Tilt-shift is one of the greatest things ever. Filming a monster truck rally and demolition derby could be one of the greatest ways of putting it to use. Watch this...it is funny.

Why hello friend, you are awefully funny looking

Faces in Places is quite possibly my favorite collection of photographs that I have ever stumbled across. What could be better than a website full of photos of funny faces found in everyday life?..I know, nothing.

Shameless Self Promotion: I like to shoot photos of bike riding

I have been into shooting photos since early in high school, and I have been shooting photos of bike riding for about 3 years now. You should check out my Flickr page, even though it hasn't been updated in forever.

Edward Burtynsky and Manufactured Landscapes

Edward Burtynsky takes amazing photos he uses to illustrate the impact of man on the world. Whether its a photo of a massive factory in china, or a massive open pit mine in the States, his photos always seem to do the job that he wants them to.

Now That's a Lot of Cups

I have been a fan of Chris Jordan's work since I first saw it at the beginning of last year. I have always been into repetition, especially on a massive scale. Chris manages to take repetition, and use it to make a statement. This work shows 410,000 throw away paper cups. That is the same number that is thrown away in the United States every 15 minutes...Ouch
